The 17th of May is national holiday in Norway

Gratulerer med nasjonaldagen! - Congratulations on the national day! May 17th is a national holiday in Norway, also called "Grunnlovsdagen" - Constitution Day. After the Kiel Peace of January 14 th in 1814, Norway was ceded by Denmark to Sweden. In the beginning this day was not a public holiday, and for many Norwegian it was a day like any other. Only after the Norwegian parliament arranged a celebration at first in 1836, from that day the 17th of May was celebrated as a national holiday. Since then, there are parades, singing and playing. Most Norwegians wear traditional costumes called "Bunad." The day is usually spent together with friends and neighbors. We wish all our Norwegian partners and friends a wonderful party - together with our guests! - Vi ønsker alle nordmenn en fin nasjonaldag!

2) Click on the desired date in the appointment calendar (starting on Saturday and ending on Saturday)
3) If necessary, limit to region, then click "Start search".
All holiday properties that are currently still available for the desired period are then displayed. Enjoy browsing!
