At your dispoasal you have a 18 feet 30 HP motor boat with steering wheel, sonar and plotter (included) .
Excursion tips: North Sea Trail, Kristiansand, Setesdal, Mandal, Southern Cape Lindesnes, waterpark Lyngdal.
The apartment itself is furnished cozy and high quality. Approx. 70 sqm, electricity, hot/cold water, bathroom with shower and WC , fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, 240 l freezer, electric heating, partial underfloor heating, SAT-TV , terrace, garden furniture, grill, the next grocery store is approx. 8 km away, parking on site, excellent fishing areas, filleting area, landing stage (about 150 m), final cleaning and bedlinen included .
