Directly at the Fedafjord, this cozy house is located in a tranquil location approx. 1,5 hours drive west of the coastal town of Kristiansand with panorama view.
The 18-ft. 30 hp motorboat with sonar (included) , with which you can fish in the fish-rich fjord, is located a few meters from the house. A 30 HP additional boat can be hired in advance. The open sea can also be reached quickly in good weather. A sand beach and many romantic bays are located nearby the house and in the surrounding area.
Excursions: North Sea Way, Kristiansand, Setesdal, Mandal, South Cape, Badeland in Lyngdal.
The large holiday home is delicately furnished. Approx. 200 sqm, electricity, water, 2 x bathroom with shower and toilet, complete kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, freezer, electric heating, air conditioning, SAT TV, internet access, large terrace, garden furniture, grill, merchant: 500 m, parking at the house, very good fishing facilities, landingstage (about 30 m), filleting place, final cleaning included.
