This house is located in a quiet area 1,5 hours' drive west of the coastal town of Kristiansand. The panoramic views to the idyllic bay of the Fedafjord are wonderful.
Either for fishing in the fjord or by good weather conditions in the sea, you have a 17 feet motorboat with cabin and 50 HP outboard motor with sonar at your disposal. Further, you can fish for trout in the forest and lake region located nearby the house.
Excurion tipps: North Sea trial, Kristiansand, Setesdal, Mandal, South Cape.
The vacation home is situated in the first floor of a big house; it has its own entrance and has been arranged in scandinavian style.
Approx. 100 sqm, electricity, hot/cold water, bathroom with shower and WC, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, big freezer, electric heating, SAT-TV, terrace, garden furniture, internet access, fireplace, the next grocer's shop is 300 m away, parking, excellent fishing areas, filleting place, BBQ space, landing stage with boathouse (approx 100 m), final cleaning included .
