A good 18 hp 30 hp motorboat with sonar belongs to the house (included) and takes you to the nearby fishing spots. A small children's rowing boat and equipment for crab fishing is also included.

Excursions: Kristiansund, Hitra, Western Cape, the Art Nouveau city of Ålesund, Molde, Geiranger and Trollstiegen.

The house is cozy furnished.
