In a fjord bay of the Fedafjord, this holiday home is located in a quiet, idyllic location about 1.5 hours drive west of the coastal town of Kristiansand near Flekkefjord.
With the 17 foot 30 hp motorboat with echo sounder (included) you can successfully fish in the fish-rich fjord or you can sail to the open sea in good weather. A sandy beach and many bathing bays can be found in the vicinity.
Excursions: North Sea Trail, Kristiansand, Setesdal, Mandal, South Cape, Lyngdal Water Park.
The cottage itself is tastefully decorated. Approx. 80 sqm, electricity, water, bathroom with shower and toilet, complete kitchen, freezer, dishwasher, washer and dryer (for a fee), electric heating, satellite TV, internet access, large terrace with garden furniture, grill, supermarket: approx. 400 m, parking at the house, very good fishing opportunities, landing stage (approx. 50 m), bathing possibility, final cleaning and bed linen included.
