This cottage lies in a 5000 sqm wilderness lot in the small island of Bærøy, just 90 m away from the Rosfjord. The location is situated 1,5 hours by car from Kristiandsand, 12 km from Lyngdal and 3 km to the east of Korshamn.
Included in the price there are 2 boats with 25 HP outboard motor and sonar. There is also a small footbridge to jump into the water and to dock the boats. The house owner will advise you in any queries you might have around fishing and the best locations to practice this sport.
Excursion tipps: Setesdal, South Cape, Lindesnes, North Sea trail, Mandal, Egersund.
This house is very well kept and completely furnished. Approx. 98 sqm, electricity, hot/cold water, bathroom with shower and WC, fully equipped kitchen, washing-machine, microwave, freezer, wood stove, electric heating, SAT-TV, garden furniture, the next grocer's shop is 9 km away, the parking place is 3 minutes away by boat, boat shed for fishing equipment, excellent fishing areas, landing stage (approx. 90 m away), final cleaning included .
