This luxurios "boat house" lies in a Fedafjord bay, a very quiet and idylic area. The place is approximately some 1,5 hours' drive west of the coastal town Kristiansand near Flekkefjord.
The boatdock for the boat is situated underneath the house, where the new 24 ft.-85 HP motorboat with sonar (included) is docked. You can fish in the densly populated fjord, or in the open sea when the weather conditions are good. There are sandy beaches and bathing areas near the house and in the surrounding areas.
Excursion tips: North Sea trail, Kristiansand, Setesdal, Mandal, South Cape, Badeland Lyngdal, Flekkefjord (10 minutes).
This "boat house" has been recently built and has been arranged with high quality furniture. Approx. 120 sqm, electricity, hot/cold water, 2 x bathroom with shower and WC, sauna, partial floor heating, fully equipped kitchen, freezer, dishwasher, washingmaschine, electric heating, SAT -TV, internet access free of charge, garden furniture, grill, the next grocer's shop is approximately 300 m away, parking, excellent fishing areas, filleting place.
