This well kept cottage is set in a quiet and slightly elevated area with views over the shore and the wonderful norwegian skerry scenery. The place is located about 1 hour' drive of the coastal town Kristiansand.
Included in the price there is a 16 ft. 25 HP motorboat. Just opposite the house there are a shack with a grill and a bit further, an idylic small bay where you can go swimming and relax. This location is ideal for both summer holiday makers and fisherman.
Excursion tips: North Sea trail, Flekkefjord, Setesdal, Mandal, South Cape, Badeland Lyngdal.
The cottage itself has been arranged in scandinavian style. Approx. 100 sqm, electricity, hot/cold water, bathroom with shower and WC, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, wood-burning fireplace, electric heating, SAT -TV, terrace, garden furniture, grill, dog allowed for a fee, the closest grocery shop is approximately 9 km away, parking, excellent fishing areas, landing stage (approx. 290 m).
