Approximately 25 minutes' drive north of the idyllic coastal town of Farsund lies this very well kept house, in a quiet area and with beautiful views over the fjord scenery.
There is a swimming and landing stage near the house, where the 17 ft. 15 HP motorboat is docked. Should you require an additional boat, you can hire this beforehand. The perfect place to spend your holidays fishing and swimming in the wonderful nature of the south coast of Norway.
Excursion tipps: North Sea trail, Kristiansand, Setesdal, Mandal, South Cape, Farsund, Lyngdal (bathing place), fantastic sandy beaches near Farsund.
This cozy and neat house has been decorated in scandinavian style. The garage and upper floor offer additional room. Approx. 110 sqm, electricity, hot/cold water, 2 bathrooms with shower and WC , floor heating, fully equipped kitchen, kitchenette, 200 l freezer near the dock, fireplace,washing-maschine, electric heating, SAT-TV , terrace, garden furniture, BBQ, the next grocer's shop is approximately 15 km away, parking, excellent fishing areas, filleting place, landing stage (approx. 330 m away), final cleaning included .
