This luxurious boathouse is located in a quiet and idyllic bay of the Fedafjord. This vacation area is situated 1,5 hours' drive west of the coastal town of Kristiansand.
The 45 HP Dieselboat with 25 feet and sonar (included) is docked in the boatgarage. You can go fishing in the fjord or, by good weather conditions, in the open sea. Very close to the house and surroundings, there are numerous bays and a sandy beach where you can go swimming. If required, you can hire an additional 60 HP motorboat (adapted for wheelchair).
Excursion tips: North Sea trial, Kristiansand, Setesdal, Mandal, South Cape, Flekkefjord (10 min), Badeland Lyngdal.
This boathouse has been decorated in the best of taste and with high quality furniture. Approx. 120 sqm, electricity, hot/cold water,adapted for wheelchair, bathroom with shower and WC, additional WC, lift for wheelchair, partial floor heating, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, air condotion, freezer, electric heating, SAT -TV, internet access, garden furniture, grill, dog possible, the next grocer's shop is approximately 300 m away, parking, child- friendly, excellent fishing areas, filleting place, landing stage and boathouse (approx. 0 m), final cleaning included, bed linen and towels possible (please order in advance).
