This vacation cottage lies close to the Høgsfjord, just 45 minutes’ drive east from the region capital Stavanger. The beautiful views of the fjord are unique. There is a beach where you can go swimming very close to the house.
At your disposal there is a good 17 ft. 40 HP motorboat with sonar an plotter. Good chances to fish ling and tusk. Excursion tips: Stavanger, Prekestol (the Pulpit) 15 minutes’ drive., Kjerag, Ryfylke road, Sand, Suldalslågen, Oil museum in Stavanger.
The house itself is cosy arranged. Approx. 120 sqm, hot / cold water, bathroom with shower and WC, fully equipped kitchen, 250 l freezer, washing machine, SAT TV, wood stove, electric heating, terrace, garden furniture, grill, the next grocer’s shop is 17 km away, parking, excellent fishing areas, filleting place, boatstage (80 m).
