Approx. 94 sqm, electricity, hot/cold water, 3 x bathrooms with shower and WC , fully equipped kitchen, washdisher, 300 l freezer, washing machine (in community), electric heating, internet-TV, internet access, terrace, garden furniture, grill, the next grocer’s shop is 3 km away, parking, excellent fishing areas, filleting place, landing stage and boat shed (approx. 20 m), final cleaning included.
