This vacation place is situated in a quiet area of Mandal, with panoramic views over the beautiful sea bay. It can be reached in some 45 minutes’ drive west of Kristiansand.
Included, there is a 30 HP outboard motor boat with steering wheel and sonar. Depending on the weather conditions, you can sail either in the good sheltered skerry area or in the open sea. The skerry scenery just oposite the house is a unique experience; true highlights of Omland and its surroundings are the islands, skerries the bays and sandy beaches.
Excursion tips: sandy beaches in Mandal, North Sea trial, Kristiansand, Setesdal, waterworld in Lyngdal, fish for salmon in Mandalselva.
The appartment itself is very well kept and has its own entrance. Approx. 50 sqm, electricity, hot/cold water, bathroom with shower and WC , fully equipped kitchen, washdisher, washing machine, freezer, electric heating, SAT-TV, internet, outdoorplace, garden furniture, grill, the next grocer’s shop is 800 m away, parking, excellent fishing areas, filleting place, landing stage (approx. 130 m), dog on request possible.
