Approx. 120 sqm, electricity, hot/cold water, 3 bathrooms with shower and WC, additional WC, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, 300 l freezer, electric heating, grill, internet-TV, internet access, fire place, terrace, garden furniture, the next grocer's shop is approximately 5 km away, parking, excellent fishing areas, landing stage and filleting place with freezing room (approx. 250 m), final cleaning included.
