A good 15 hp motor boat with sonar is included, so you can go fishing in the skerries or at good weather even on the open sea. Many romantic bays, numerous islands and good fishing facilities are characteristic of this beautiful place on the coast of southern Norway.
Excursion tips : sandy beaches of Mandal, North Sea Trail, Kristiansand, Setesdalen , Egersund , Flekkefjord, Lyngdal waterpark, salmon fishing in the Mandalselva.
The apartment is furnished modern and in high quality. Approx. 50 sqm , electricity, hot/cold water, bathroom with shower and WC, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, freezer, electric heating, SAT-TV, internetacessterrace, garden furniture, barbecue, the next grocery store is approx. 3 km away, parking at the house, excellent fishing areas, filleting place, landing stage (approx. 350 m ), final cleaning included.
