In a quiet, sheltered and sunny location with panoramic view to the skerries and islands as well as the open sea, this house is located a good hour's drive south-west of the coastal town of Kristiansand. The many romantic beaches and the numerous islands invite for swimming. The german-speaking contact person will show you the best fishing spots.
At your disposal you have a 18 ft. 40 HP motor boat with sonar and steering wheel (included). More boats can be rented on site (please order in advance).
Excursion tips : North Sea Trail, Kristiansand, Setesdalen, Mandal , Southern Cape, waterpark Lyngdal .
The house itself is well furnished with high quality. Approx. 130 sqm, electricity, hot/cold water , bathroom with shower and WC, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, large freezer, fireplace, electric heating, SAT-TV, terrace, garden furniture, BBQ, the next grocery store is approx. 5 km, parking on site, excellent fishing areas, filleting place , boat place (approx. 180 m), final cleaning included.
