This beautiful vacation place is located about 1,5 hours' drive south-west of Ålesund, in the island of Nerlandsøy. There is a bridge connection to the well known Bird Island of Runde. The house itself lies in the proximity of a sea bay and has wonderful panoramic views. Kvalsvik is known for the excellent fishing areas. At your disposal you have a 18 feet 25 HP motor boat with steering wheel included. If required, you can hire an additional boat.
Excursion tips: Bird Island Runde, Ålesund, West Cape and all the fjords nearby.
This vacation house has been cozy arranged. Approx. 98 sqm, electricity, hot/cold water,one bathroom with shower and WC, one bathroom with whirlpool, sauna and WC, partially floor heating, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, big freezer, electric heating, SAT -TV, internet access, terrace, garden furniture, grill, the next grocer's shop is approximately 7 km away, parking, excellent fishing areas, filleting place, landing stage (approx. 0 m), final cleaning included.
