This cozy house has approx. 90 sqm, electricity, hot/cold water, bathroom with shower and WC , extra WC, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, 500 liter freezer, washing machine, TV, internet access, electric heating, terrace, covered terrace, garden furniture, BBQ , the next grocery store is approx. 3 km away, parking directly at the house, excellent fishing areas, boat house with filleting place and lockable cupboard for fishing equipment (ca 90 m), final cleaning included .
