In an idyllic setting with expansive view to the open sea lies this vacation house close to the southernmost point of Norway, Cape Lindesnes, about 1.5 hours' drive from the coastal town of Kristiansand.
At your disposal you have a 15 HP motor boat (included) for successful fishing trips at the open sea. Romantic beaches are located in the vicinity. Both swimmers and experienced fishing friends will find ideal conditions here.
Excursions tips: North Sea Trail, Kristiansand, Setesdal, Mandal, Lindesnes, waterpark Lyngdal. The well-tended vacation house itself is nicely and fully furnished. Approx. 105 sqm, electricity, hot/cold water, bathroom with shower and WC, extra WC and sauna , fully equipped kitchen, microwave, washing machine, freezer, stove, terrace, garden furniture, SAT-TV, internet access , electric heating, the next grocery store is approx. 3,5 km away, parking on site, excellent fishing areas, landing stage (about 290 m), final cleaning included . Booking code: 221-1 . Suggested ferry connection: Hirtshals - Kristiansand . In the period from early October - end of March, the house can be rented without a boat! (Price on request).
