In a sunny location, with fantastic panoramic view to the Lenefjorden is this very well maintained vacation house situated approx 1 ½ hours drive from the coastal town of Kristiansand.
At your disposal you have a 25 HP motor boat with steering wheel (included). Idyllic fjord bays and romantic fishing and swimming places can be found in the vicinity of the house. In the direct vicinity of the house there are good hiking and touring opportunities.
Excursion tips: North Sea Trail, Kristiansand, Setesdal, Mandal, Southern Cape, Water park in Lyngdal.
The house itself itself is furnished in scandinavian style. Approx. 110 sqm, electricity, hot/cold water, bathroom with shower and WC, separate toilet , fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, fireplace, electric heating, SAT -TV , internet access, terrace with garden furniture, BBQ, the next grocery store is approx. 8 ktm away, parking on site, excellent fishing area, filleting place, generous landing and swimming stage with relaxation area (ca. 10 m ), dogs allowed on request, final cleaning included , bed linen possible (please order in advance).
