At your disposal you have a 18 feet 40 HP motor boat with sonar (included) with which you will be successful in fishing in the fjord and open sea. An additional boat possible on request. Swimming possibilities you will find near to the vacation place.
Excursion tips: North Sea Trail, Kristiansand, Setesdal, Mandal, Southern Cape, Flekkefjord, waterpark Lyngdal.
The apartment itself is cozy and fully equipped. Approx. 85 sqm, electricity, hot/cold water, bathroom with shower /WC and underfloor heating , fully kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, 400 liter freezer, electric heating, air conditioner, fireplace, SAT-TV , internet access, big terrace with garden, garden furniture, BBQ, storeroom. The next grocery store is approx. 400 m away, parking on site, excellent fishing area, filleting place, boat place (about 120 m), bed linen available (please order in advance), final cleaning included.
