At your disposal you have a 17 feet 25 HP motor boat with steering wheel and sonar (included) for successful fishing trips. Romantic beaches are located in the vicinity. Shoals of fish moving around the Cape, so this holiday resort offers excellent conditions for sport fishing.
Excursion tips: North Sea Trail, Kristiansand, Setesdal, Mandal, Lindesnes, water park Lyngdal. The vacation house itself is well maintained and high Quality furnished. Approx. 110 m², electricity, hot/cold water, bathroom with shower and WC, downstairs complete with underfloor heating , fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, freezer, stove, terrace, BBQ, garden furniture, SAT TV , electric heating, the next grocery store is approx. 5,5 km away, parking at the house, dog on request possible, excellent fishing areas, filleting place, landing stage (about 590 m), final cleaning included .
