This vacation house is located just 1,5 h drive west Kristiansand. The house itself lies in a quiet area very close to an idyllic bay just 20 m away from the seashore and the island garden in this region on Andabeløy.
Included in the price there is a 18 feet 40 HP boat with sonar (íncluded). You can go fishing in the fjord or, by good weather conditions, in the open sea. An 18 ft. - 40 hp additional boat can be hired beforehand (please reserve).
Excursion tips: North Sea trail, Flekkefjord, Egersund, Stavanger, South Cape, Preikestol (The Pulpit).
The house is very beautiful. Approx. 130 sqm, electricity, hot/cold water, 2 x bathroom with shower and WC and extra WC, partial floor heating, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, 300 l freezer, stove, electric heating, SAT -TV, internet access, the next grocer's shop is approximately 50 m away, parking beside the house, excellent fishing areas, filleting kitchen, landing stage (ca. 20 m), final cleaning included.
