Approximately 1.5 hours southwest of the seaside town Ålesund lies this vacation house in a slightly elevated location with panoramic view to the bay on Nerlandsøy, an island with bridge connection, next to the famous bird island Runde. Kvalsvik offers excellent fishing opportunities, especially on ling and tusk, coalfish, pollack and cod are also not uncommon.
At your disposal you have a 18 feet 25 HP motor boat with steering wheel (included). An additional boat is possible (please pre-order).
Excursion tips: Bird Island Runde, Ålesund, Western Cape, Geiranger and the fjords of the region.
The well-kept house is cozy and fully furnished. Approximately 130 sqm, electricity, hot/cold water, bath with shower and WC, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer 300 l, electric heating, SAT-TV, inernet access, terrace, garden furniture, BBQ, the next grocery store is approx. 7 km away, parking at the house, excellent possibilities, filleting place, landing stage (approx. 80 m), final cleaning included.
