Located right on the Fedafjord, this boathouse is located in quiet location about 1.5 hours drive west of the coastal city of Kristiansand with panoramic view .
The 18-foot 25 hp motorboat and sonar(including) that allows you to fish in the fish-rich fjord, is right in front of the house. The open sea can also be reached quickly in good weather. A 17 ft. - 40 hp extra boat with sonar can be booked. A sandy beach and many romantic bathing bays can be found on the house and in the nearby area.
Excursions: North Sea Trail, Kristiansand, Setesdal, Mandal, South Cape.
The large cottage is cosy and fully furnished. About 200 sqm, electricity, water, bathroom with shower and toilet , extra toilet, partial underfloor heating, complete kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, 200 l freezer, fireplace oven, electric heating, SAT TV, internet-access , terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, merchant: 700 m, parking at the house, very good fishing opportunities, roofet filleting place, final cleaning including .
