In the middle of the archipelago near the open sea , this very well maintained holiday home is idyllically situated with views about 50 minutes south of the coastal town of Kristiansand. The many romantic bays, countless islands and good fishing
are characteristic of this beautiful place on the south coast of Norway.
The boat and bathing stage is the 17 foot - 30-hp motorboat with chartplotter and sounder (included) with which you can fish in the fjord rich in fish. In good weather you have the opportunity to drive to the open sea. Many bays can be found at the house and in the surrounding area.
Excursions: Egersund, North Sea Trail, Setesdal, Stavanger, Mandal, Flekkefjord, Farsund, Badeland Lyngdal.
The house itself is very well maintained and comfortably furnished. Approximately 130 sqm, electricity, water, bathroom with shower and toilet, , complete kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, freezer, fireplace, underfloor heating (not on the sleeping loft), SAT-TV , internet access, vinter garden, large terrace with jacuzzi, garden furniture, grill, the next grocer's shop is approximately 4 km, parking: at the house, very good fishing, boat dock with fileting and boathouse for fishing tackle (about 80 m), dog possible, final cleaning included .
