In a dreamlike western Norwegian fjord landscape, this large holiday home is located directly on the water, in a fantastic location about 20 minutes drive of the idyllic town of Flekkefjord.
The holiday home includes a 20-foot 70 hp motorboat with sonar and steering wheel control (included). At this dreamlike holiday spot where the salmon river passes into the fjord and the open sea, you can fish for salmon in the river (season approx. 15.06. – 15.09.) as well as marine fish in the fjord or in the nearby open sea.
Excursions: North Sea Trail, Egersund, Setesdal, Flekkefjord, South Cape.
The large holiday home itself is tastefully equipped. Approx. 190 sqm, electricity, hot and cold water, 2 x bathroom with shower/WC and extra toilet, large kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, electric heating, SAT-TV, internet access large terrace, garden furniture, grill, merchant: approx. 200 m, parking at the house, very good fishing facilities, filleting place, landing stage (approx. 20 m), final cleaning included.
