With the new 18 foot 75 hp motorboat with steering wheel control (included) you can successfully fish in the fish-rich fjord or you can sail to the open sea in good weather. A sandy beach and many bays can be found in the surrounding area.
Excursion possibilities: North Sea Way, Kristiansand, Setesdal, Mandal, South Cape, Badeland Lyngdal.
The cottage itself is tastefully decorated. Approx. 90 sqm, electricity, water, bathroom with shower and toilet, complete kitchen, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric heating, satellite TV, Internet access, covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, merchant: approx. 400 m, parking approx. 30 m, very good fishing opportunities, boathouse with filleting place (approx. 150 m), bathing possibility, final cleaning included.
