In an elevated position and with view to the 1000 m high mountains the expanse of the Sognefjord is this holiday home located in a quiet and sunny location in the mountains, about 2.5 hours by car northeast of the Hanseatic city of Bergen.
At your disposal you have an 17 feet 40 HP motorboat with sonar (included), with which you can successfully go on a fishing trips. almost always quiet Høyangerfjord - a fjord section of the Sognefjord - offers best fishing opportunities in all weather conditions. A fjord safari with a 200 HP RIB boat can be booked from Vadheim (please order in advance). The approx. 3-hour safari depends on the weather and is planned and coordinated on site.
Also highly recommended are ski and hiking tours in the nearby mountains. Other excursion possibilities: Bergen, Balestrand, Høyanger Spa, Nærøyfjord, Auerlandsfjord, Flåm Railway, Førde, Glacier Museum, summer skiing in Stryn.
A rental car can be requested.
The house itself is fully and comfortably furnished. 110 sqm, electricity, hot/cold water, bath with shower and toilet, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, woodburning stove, SAT-TV, internet access, heating, terrace, garden furniture, BBQ, the next grocery store is approx. 5 km away, parking at the house, child-friendly, excellent fishing areas, filleting area, boat place: about 5 minutes by car, dog allowed, final cleaning included.
