The region, located in the heart of Norway, with its unique, wild and varied landscape, offers all Norway lovers a very special holiday experience. Because of the mild Gulf Stream, Norwegians affectionately call this area of Südtrøndelag the "Green Arctic". Fishing and nature lovers can make unforgettable memories here, and in August you can pick blueberries galore right on your doorstep.
With a good 15 foot and 40 hp motor boat with sonar (included), you can reach very good fishing areas for f.e. cod and catfish. Salmon can also be found in the fjord. You can also successfully fish from land here. The nice house owner gives you good advice on the best fishing and excursion possibilities. A stand up paddleborad is also available free of charge. To complete the active holiday on the fjord, you still have the possibility to rent kayaks at low cost (please pre-order).
Excursions: : Austråttborgen, Austrått, Fort Trondheim, Kristiansund, Røros, Haugsdalen, bathhouse in Bjugn or Brekstad, RIB-boat tour.
There are several lovingly furnished buildings with panoramic views available. Total approx. 120 sqm, electricity, water, 2 x bathroom with shower and toilet, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, chest freezer, heating, SAT TV, internet access, large terrace with heated jacuzzi, barbecue hut, garden furniture, merchant: approx. 5 km, parking at the house. Filleting area, very good fishing opportunities, landing stage (approx. 5 minutes drive by car), dogs possible, bed linen and towels can be pre-ordered, final cleaning included b>.
