A 15 feet 30 hp motor boat with sonar and GPS (included) is available for successful fishing trips. An additional boat can be pre-ordered. Schools of fish gravitate around this area, making this vacation spot excellent for sport fishermen.
Excursions: Oslo, Frederikstad, Moss, Sweden and much more.
The house itself is very well maintained and comfortably furnished. Approx. 110 sqm, electricity, fl. w. a. c. water, bathroom with shower and toilet with floorheating, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, fireplace, barbecue, large garden with garden furniture, internet-TV, internet access, electric heating, merchant: 3 km, parking by the house, dog possible, very good fishing opportunities, filleting area, landingstage (approx. 400 m), final cleaning included.
