A good 50 hp motorboat with sonar and plotter belongs to the house (included).
Excursions: Kristiansund, Western Cape, the Art Nouveau town of Ålesund, Molde, Atlanticstreet, Geiranger and Trollstiegen.
The house is modern and comfortably furnished.
