Directly on the fjord is this house with panoramic views of a gigantic fjord landscape about 1 1/2 hours drive from Ålesund and close to the open sea.
The Sandfjord, which leads to the nearby open sea, is known for optimal fishing opportunities.
The house includes a 17-foot boat with 40 hp and sonar (included). The boat and bathing place is right in front of the house. After the sauna session you should enjoy the view from the hot tube in front of the house.
Excursions: Trollstiegen, Western Cape, Geiranger, Art Nouveau town of Ålesund.
The holiday home is cozy furnished. Approx. 105 sqm, electricity, water, bathroom with shower/WC, extra WC, sauna, complete kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, freezer, open fireplace, electric heating, satellite TV, iinternet terrace with hot tub (wood not included), garden furniture, grill, merchant: approx. 7 km, parking nearby the house, very good fishing opportunities, filleting place, landing stage (approx. 10 m), final cleaning included.
