Located right in the heart of Norway, the region with its unique, wild and varied landscape offers all Norway lovers a very special holiday experience. Due to the mild Gulf Stream, Norwegians affectionately call this area of Südtrøndelag the "green Arctic". Here, fishing and nature lovers can make unforgettable memories, and in August, you can pick blueberries in abundance right on your doorstep. A sandy beach is close to the house, so you can spend some quiet hours here as well. To complete the active holiday on the fjord, you still have the possibility to rent kayaks at low cost (please pre-order).
With a 20 feet and 60 hp motorboat with sonar (included) you can reach very good fishing areas for e.g. haddock and goldbutt.
Excursions: Austråttborgen, Austrått Fort, Trondheim, Kristiansund, Røros, Haugsdalen, swimming pool in Bjurgn or Brekstad.
The cozy cottage is lovingly furnished. Approx. 130 sqm, electricity, water, 2 x bathroom with shower or bathtub and toilet, complete kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, heating, fireplace, satellite TV, internet access, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, merchant: about 7 km, parking at the house, filleting place, very good fishing opportunities, jetty (about 80 m), dog possible, bed linen and towels can be pre-ordered, final cleaning included.
