Approx. 120 sqm, electricity, water, bathroom with shower, toilet, complete kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, electric heating, fireplace, internet TV, internet, terrace, grill, garden furniture, dog allowed for a fee, merchant: ca. 3 km, very good fishing possibilities, boat place (approx. 240 m), filleting place.
