Some 40 minutes’ drive west from the coastal town of Kristiansand lies this Sørland juwel; it is situated in a slightly elevated area close to an idyllic bay and providing a fantastic view by facing the open sea and the neighbouring islands. Due to its closeness to the open sea, this place offers all our fishermen the best conditions to practice their favourite sport.
There is a 18 feet 40 HP motorboat with steering wheel and sonar at your disposal.

The house itself has been arranged in comfortably Scandinavian style. Approx. 75 sqm, electricity, hot/cold water, bathroom and WC, modern BioWC, fully equipped kitchen, freezer, internet-tv, internet access, electric heating, fireplace, terrace, garden furniture, grill, the next grocer's shop is approximately 5 km away, parking approx. 200 m walk, excellent fishing areas, filleting place.
