Only about 1 hour's drive from the coastal town of Kristiansand, this newly built luxury holiday home is located in a slightly elevated position with panoramic views of the water and the beautiful Norwegian archipelago.
The cottage includes a 25 hp motorboat with sonar (included). In the vicinity of the house you will find idyllic bays. This holiday place offers bathing holidaymakers and anglers the best opportunities.
Excursions: North Sea Trail, Flekkefjord, Setesdal, Mandal, South Cape, Lyngdal Water Park.
The comfortable cottage itself is cosy furnished. Approx. 150 sqm, electricity, water, bathroom with shower/WC and extra toilet, complete kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, electric heating, TV, internet access, terrace, garden furniture, grill, supermarket: approx. 9 km, parking at the house, very good fishing opportunities, filleting place, landing stage and boathouse (approx. 80 m).
