With your good 25 HP boat with steering wheel and sonar you will reach the open sea within only 20 minutes.

Approx. 80 sqm, electricity, hot/cold water, bathroom with shower and WC, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, freezer, fireplace, electric heating, SAT-TV, internet access, terrace, garden furniture, BBQ Cottage and big outside BBQ, the next grocer's shop is 1 km away, parking, excellent fishing areas, filleting place, landing stage (approx. 780 m away).
