In an idyllic location, protected from westerly winds and with a panoramic view of the archipelago of southern Norway and the open sea, this newly built holiday home is close to the southernmost point of Norway, Cape Lindesnes, about 1.5 hours by car from the maritime town of Kristiansand.
A 17 ft. 40 hp motorboat with sonar (included) is at your disposal for successful fishing trips. An additional boat can be pre-ordered. Romantic beaches are located in the vicinity. Schools of fish migrate around the cape, so this holiday site offers excellent conditions for sport fishermen.
Excursions: North Sea Trail, Kristiansand, Setesdal, Mandal, Lindesnes Lighthouse, Lyngdal Water Park.
The new holiday home itself is very well maintained and furnished to a high standard. Approx. 110 sqm, electricity, water, 2 x bathroom with shower and toilet, complete kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, fireplace, terrace, grill, garden furniture, internet TV, internet access, electric heating, merchant: approx. 5.5 km, parking at the house, very good fishing opportunities, filleting place, landing stage (approx. 590 m), final cleaning included, bed linen and towels possible (please order in advance).
