This holiday home is located directly on the water in a beautiful western Norwegian fjord landscape, in an idyllic location about 20 minutes by car from the picturesque Sørland town of Flekkefjord.
The cottage includes a 20-foot 50 hp motorboat with depth sounder (included). At this beautiful holiday spot, where the salmon river merges into the fjord and the open sea, you can fish for salmon in the river (season approx. 15.06. – 15.09.) as well as sea fish in the fjord or in the nearby open sea.
Excursions: North Sea Trail, Egersund, Setesdal, Flekkefjord, South Cape.
The cottage itself is tastefully furnished. Approx. 110 sqm, electricity, water, bathroom with shower/WC and extra WC, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, freezer, electric heating, internet TV, internet connection, terrace, garden furniture, grill, grocer: approx. 300 m, parking at the house, very good fishing opportunities, filleting area, landing stage (approx. 10 m), final cleaning included, bed linen and towels can be ordered in advance.
