Due to the mild Gulf Stream, Norwegians affectionately call this area of Südtrøndelag the "green Arctic". Here, fishing and nature lovers can make unforgettable memories, and in August you can pick blueberries in abundance right on your doorstep.
With a good 18 foot and 60 hp motorboat with sonar (included) you can reach very good fishing areas for cod, coalfish, haddock, pallack, lumb, ling, turbot, halibut, loach and mackerel.
Excursions: Trondheim, Kristiansund, Røros, Haugsdalen, go-kart track in Halsa, climbing park in Valsøya.
The holiday home, newly built in spring 2026 (sample photos), is lovingly furnished. Total approx. 80 sqm, electricity, water, bathroom with shower and toilet, complete kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, heating, fireplace, internet -TV, internet access, terrace, grill, garden furniture, grocer: approx. 10 km, parking at the house, filleting area, very good fishing opportunities, landing stage (approx. 100 m), final cleaning included.
