This luxurious „boathouse“ is located in an idyllic bay of the Flekkefjord, just 1,5 hours’ drive from Kristiansand.
There is a boat garageunderneath the living quarters where you have a 17 ft. 25 HP motor boat with sonar at your disposal. If required, you can hire beforehand an additional 40 HP boat with sonar. The fjord offers excellent fishing grounds. You can go swimming in the area just in front of the house.
Excursion tips: North sea trial, Kristiansand, Setesdal, Mandal, South Cape, Waterworld Lyngdal.
The “boathouse” itself has been arranged with high quality furniture. Approx. 160 sqm, electricity, hot/cold water, bathroom with shower and WC, partially floor heating, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, 400 l freezer, washing machine, dryer, fireplace, electric heating, SAT-TV, internet access, garden furniture, grill, the next supermarket is 300 m away, parkplace nearby the house, excellent fishing areas, filleting place, final cleaning included.
