This luxurious „boathouse“ is located in an idyllic bay of the Flekkefjord, just 1,5 hours’ drive from Kristiansand.
There is a boat garageunderneath the living quarters where you have a 17 ft. 25 HP motor boat with sonar at your disposal. An additional boat can be pre-ordered. The fjord offers excellent fishing grounds. You can go swimming in the area just in front of the house.
Excursion tips: North sea trial, Kristiansand, Setesdal, Mandal, South Cape, Waterworld Lyngdal.
The “boathouse” itself has been arranged with high quality furniture. Approx. 160 sqm, electricity, hot/cold water, bathroom with shower and WC, partially floor heating, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, 400 l freezer, washing machine, dryer, fireplace, electric heating, SAT-TV, internet access, garden furniture, grill, the next supermarket is 300 m away, parkplace nearby the house, excellent fishing areas, filleting place, final cleaning included.
