This well kept vacation house is situated in the outlet of the Sogne fjord directly on the shore and very close to the open sea. The house has a lot area of 1000 sqm.. Kverhellen is about 3,5 hours' drive northwest from Bergen, on the south of the island Ytre Sula. If you are a passionate fisherman and are looking for relaxation in Norway's idyllic coasts, you will feel at home in this location.
There is a 20 feet, a 50 HP motorboat with sonar und GPS at your disposal. If required, you can hire an additional boat. The friendly owner can show you the best fishing areas. Moreover, an excursion to Bergen with the speed boat is an amazing experience.
A rental car can be requested for 500 Euro/week.
The house itself is comfortable arranged. Approx. 80 sqm, electricity, hot/cold water, 2 x bathroom with shower and WC, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 250 l freezer, electric heating, SAT-TV, internet access, 70 sqm terrace, garden furniture, grill, the next grocer's shop is approximately 3 km away, parking, child- friendly, excellent fishing areas, filleting place, boat house, dogs allowed, landing stage (approx. 20 m), final cleaning included.
