This high quality house lies in a quiet and idyllic area close to the Berrefjord and surrounded by a mountainous scenery. This vacation place is situated 1 hour's drive south of the small coastal town of Egersund.
At your disposal, there is a 18 feet 40 HP motorboat. The ideal boat to sail to Siragrund or to the west of Hidra. Just opposite the house, there is a swimming lake, a bridge and a rowboat. Hikes are possible directly from the house. Enjoy the view over the incredible fjord landscape.
Excursion tips: North Sea trial, Flekkefjord, Egersund, Stavanger, Setesdal, South Cape, Løssingfjord, Preikestol.
The house has high quality furniture and is very comfortable. Approx. 130 sqm, electricity, hot/cold water, bathroom with shower, bathtub and WC, extra WC, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washingmachine, dryer, 300 l freezer, fireplace, SAT-TV, internet access , electric heating/cooling, terrace, fireplace outdoors, garden furniture, children's playground, grill, the next grocer's shop is approximately 3 km away, parking, excellent fishing areas, filleting place, smoking oven, landing stage (approx. 640 m away), final cleaning included.
