This well kept house is situated in a slightly elevated area in the island of Nerlandsøy, which is very close to the well known "Bird Island" of Runde. The views from the house over the maritime bay are fantastic. The place is located some 1,5 hours' drive south-west of Ålesund.
Kvalsvik is known for the excellent fishing areas. At your disposal you have a 18 feet 25 HP motor boat with steering wheel included. If required, you can hire an additional boat.
Excursion tips: Bird Island Runde, Ålesund, West Cape and all the fjords nearby.
This new comfortable house is completely furnished. Approx. 160 sqm, electricity, hot/cold water, bathroom with shower and WC, sauna, kitchen, dishwasher, 400 l freezer, fireplace, electric heating, SAT -TV, internet access, terrace, garden furniture, BBQ, the next grocer's shop is approximately 7 km away, parking, excellent fishing areas, filleting place, landing stage (approx. 120 m), final cleaning included, bed linen possible (please order in advance).
