Only about 40 minutes by car west of the coastal town of Kristiansand, this Sørland pearl is located in an idyllic bay, slightly elevated, with a panoramic view of skerries and islands as well as the open sea.
The cottage has a good 16 foot 25 hp motorboat with sonar (included). The proximity to the open sea and the excellent fishing opportunities in the archipelago offer anglers and sport fishermen the best conditions to pursue their hobby.
Excursions: North Sea Trail, Kristiansand, Setesdal, Mandal, South Cape, Lyngdal water park.
The cottage itself is cozy furnished in scandinavian style. Approx. 80 sqm, electricity, water, bathroom with shower/WC, complete kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, freezer, electric heating, fireplace, TV, several terraces (partly covered), garden furniture, grill, dog possible, merchant: approx. 5 km, parking approx. 30 m from the house, very good fishing opportunities, filleting place, landing stage (approx. 80 m), final cleaning included, bed linen and towels possible (please order in advance).
