This place is located 1,5 hours' drive east of the fjord capital Bergen. Enjoy the delighful views to the fjord from your terrace.
Just 10 m away from the house you have an 18 feet-50 HP motorboat with sonar included. If required, you can hire additional boats. You have excellent fishing areas just a few hundred meters away from this beautiful place. The house is conveniently situated in terms of easy access for excursions: Folgefonna galcier with summer ski tracks, Vøringsfossen (waterfalls), Steindalsfossen (waterfalls) Bergen, Baroniet Rosendal, Hardangervidda.
The comfortable furnished apartement has recently been decorated. Approx. 74 sqm, electricity, hot/cold water, bathroom with shower and WC, partial floor heating, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washingmachine, dryer, freezer, electric heating, BBQ, SAT -TV, internet access, terrace, garden furniture, the next grocer's shop is approximately 1,5 km away, parking, excellent fishing areas, filleting place, landing stage (approx. 10 m), final cleaning included.
